Glass beer stein is named with early portrait of Franz Joseph I to the top of the lid. This .9 liter glass leaded crystal mug measures about 9 1/2 inches tall including the thumblift. The thick glass is marked with an etched .9 L. The silver lid is named to Vice Feldwebel Kettler with great detailing to the lid. The inscription reads as follows: Ihrem scheidenden Kameraden dem Vice Feldwebel Kettler Das Unteroffizier Corps des 1. und 2. Bat. Inf. Regmt. No. 129 1.2.86 with a rough translation to: "Your comrades for the outgoing Vice Sergeant Kettler, The Sergeant Corps of the 1st and 2nd Bat. Inf. Regmt. No. 129 and is dated 1.2.1886"
